We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Support Analyst to develop solutions to address business requirements and issues on Salesforce CRM solution as part of the monthly release cycle and for new initiatives. The successful applicant will also be responsible for day-to-day administration and end-user support, and will have the opportunity to further learn and build the knowledge and experience around the Salesforce.com release management practices in a financial services environment. The role will report to the regional CRM Support & Analytics manager based in Sydney office and become a part of the global CRM Support & Analytics team within the SSGA Global Product & Marketing Business Unit.
Perform daily administration and support to the North American, European, and Asia Pacific regional Sales and Marketing team using Salesforce CRM solution
Liaise with business to determine solutions & timeframes required
Make configuration changes and customisations in Salesforce CRM for the monthly enhancement release cycle
Maintain a high quality of work, including documentation on development and testing
Provide training to regional Salesforce users
The successful applicant’s competencies:
Minimum 2-year experience with Salesforce as an administrator
Salesforce Administrator ADM201 Certification required
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
Strong Salesforce development skills in Configuration, Workflows and Process Builder
Solid experience in Salesforce APIs, Apex and Visualforce development
Salesforce CRM enhancement release experience
Financial services industry experience highly regarded
Excellent written & verbal skills
Ability to work unsupervised and within a global team
Any degree level qualification in Finance/IT related subjects
