SkillSet: LOGISTICS, PURCHASE, SUPPLY CHAIN. Manage contractor in delivering of weapon maintenance services to meet contract KPI within programme budget Work closely with Customers or Partners to understand their requirement and resolves technical, quality or operation issues in a timely manner Hold regular operational meeting with sub-contractor for operational issues Track, monitor and analyze operation resource or system issues and work with Programme Manager in communicating with various departments for immediate actions Work with PE & ED to resolve technical issues Prepare monthly operation performance reports for submission to Customer Ensure that work performance is conducted in accordance to Quality Environmental Health and Safety Manual Ensure compliance in all aspects of work according to the contractual requirements Conduct annual Customer Satisfaction survey Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in any discipline of Engineering or Business Administration of Logistics Prior experience in Maintenance business or Mindef vocational technical experience 3 years of work experience, basic team leading and management skills, tasked with either volume or sales KPI
