Designation: Assistant Manager
Experience: 7+ years
Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA/Post Graduate (Finance and Accounting)

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Coach/Mentor team members wherever required
  • Handle any escalations and setup proactive measures to ensure error free operations
  • Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload
  • Perform quality checks and audits
  • Drive team efficiency through checks/reports with valid information
  • Experience in working in an office environment with tight deadlines and targets
  • Compile and organize relevant information for disputes and send to customer
  • Document details in JDE
  • Run daily reports to communicate workload status report to Management team
  • Highlight proactively risks and challenges to relevant stakeholders
  • Customer Management: Conduct weekly / monthly process reviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and groom team and define career path for team to have long term success and succession planning
  • Ensure documentation remains current
  • Should be able to handle effectively the workload Management & segregation of duties for the team
  • Should have good Analytical & problem solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of JD Edwards platform
  • Should be good in MS-Office skills
Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Day to day communication with relevant counter parts and with business leads wherever required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language)
  • Customer Oriented in resolving process related requirements
Managerial Responsibility :
  • Able to handle team of 10-15 resources
