Assist in development of SOPs, training to internal and sites team and facilitating in site identification and conducting site visits, preparation and / or review of site visit reports, identifying and resolving issues that arise during study contact, training for study site teams.
Conducts monitoring visits with CRAs on site to determine protocol and regulatory compliance, reviewing different visit reports (e.g., site initiation visit, monitoring visits, etc.) prepared by in house team or individually and forwarding to the VL Manager for further inputs.
Routine follow-up with the investigators and attending teleconferences with DND i Delhi team whenever required.
Coordinate with different vendors at Patna level involved in the study for various study related activities
Ensure adequate and timely reordering of all trial site supplies, trial medication, etc.
To keep appropriate documentation of the trials with regards to logistical data in accordance with GCP as applicable
Conduct site visits independently and with CRAs, reviewing site visit reports, actively involved in training at new sites.
Reports to Senior Clinical Manager – DND i , India.
Works with entire staff DND i India team (Executive Staff, Communciations staff, R&D staff, Project staff, Operations staff). Works with collaborators, counterparts, and service providers are mainly in the functional area in and outside DND i to get information, guidance, and feedback or to enlist cooperation (i.e. RMRIMS, State Health Society and partners for project related discussions). Works on the organization of representation of DND i at smaller events and with external stakeholders of same equivalent level.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in local languages desirable.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications & experience
MBBS degree holder, registered with Medical Council of India or state medical council.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in clinical research with at least 1 year in the team leader role.
Experience of working in international NGOs will be an added advantage.
This role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. Travel to project locations and other regions will be required. Some international travel may be required.
The contract will be awarded for two years initially with possibility of extension based on the need of the project.
