Experience Technology (CxT) in India Development Center (IDC)

The CxT Director IDC will be a critical member of the
Customer Experience Technology team partnering to develop and deliver world-class
products and services benefiting our customers and employees from India. As a
CxT Director you will help to develop a seamless end-to-end customer experience
that eliminates current pain points and establishes new "wow"
experiences that surprise and delight customers by leveraging different tools,
platforms and applications across all the business units we support, Marketing,
Sales, Commerce and Care. The ideal candidate will be customer centric, a
strong leader to develop and manage a team of Product Development, Quality
Engineering and Application Operations people in India


Builds and mentors a work class India IT team (approx.. size 30)
including application development, integration, support and quality engineering
Hires and develops outstanding IT talent and resources.
Manages the delivery of IT application support and services from
Thinks and acts strategically. Stays abreast of trends
and advances in IT solutions and influences overall CxT strategy and direction.
Provides leadership for CxT diverse set of programs
through strong collaboration across multiple business units, regions and
functional groups. Takes ownership for
key initiatives. Develops plans and
Presents business updates, recommendations, strategic
opportunities and assessments to the IT leadership and senior management as
Works with key stakeholders in multiple business groups to
identify the right service opportunities and put together a strategy to go
Executes to success through diligent planning, attention to
detail, effective delegation and efficient decision making
Influences a strong set of leaders that can drive success for
the individual business development teams
Communicates effectively across multiple organizations to ensure
that the teams are completely aligned to the objectives and can do the job
Builds strong inter-personal relationships with peers and other
key stakeholders that can help smooth execution
Drives people, process, and technology initiatives to optimize CxT
delivery capacity, quality and efficiency
Inspires team members and Business Units to adopt a design
thinking mindset
Is an Influencer: Innovative leader with the ability to identify
opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome
resistance with data and persuasion
Is a Doer: Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end projects,
working through the many obstacles along the way across multiple teams and

requirements equally well with business and technology teams, and capacity to
write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data
analysis as needed


Computer Science degree with 15+ years of experience in
the IT software development, maintenance and support. 5 years’ minimum
experience managing and developing teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality innovative software
service products to market that deliver business results
A passion for building a great working environment where the

stakeholders – employees, customers and shareholders
A strong technology background coupled with experience in making
the right tradeoffs that balance the short and long
Must be very comfortable with Agile and related methodologies to
accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk
Proven ability to lead and influence large distributed product
development efforts fueling business and consumer ecosystems
Proven experience with industry technologies within the
following domains: Contact Center Technologies, CRM Tools, eCommerce Platforms
and Marketing technologies.
Experience and understanding on key technologies and trends
SaaS, PaaS, Cloud, AWS
Salesforce, Adobe Marketing
products AEM, Analytics, Contact Center platforms, Interative Insight, Avaya,
Genesys, Aspect, ATG, Siebel, Eloqua, etc
Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making
tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual
right outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
Self-motivated, problem-crushing attitude
Willingness to learn new things and teach others what you know
Belief that all things can be better
