The British Council is recruiting for an HR Systems Implementation Manager to manage the change associated with the implementation of the new Global HR Information System (SuccessFactors) across South Asia.
- Be responsible for coordinating and managing all elements of the Systems implementation of SuccessFactors within South Asia
- Manage the impact to change of process where required and embed change and the new system workflows into daily operational work practices.
- Be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of the project to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames.
- Work across functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert on the new platform and the changes required to effectively implement the new technology.
While not essential, the ideal candidate will also have experience of implementing cloud based HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and of managing projects in a matrix structure involving multiple stakeholders and geographies.
