Fixed Networks Business Line is looking for a Senior TEC Engineer, specializing in the 5520 and 5529 products.
This is a fast-paced and challenging position. You will work with L2 Support, Customers and R&D Maintenance to restore customer networks, find workarounds, reproduce/characterize defects, and ensure a satisfactory resolution for our customers.
The team shares on-call responsibilities, for which you will be compensated. Occasional travel may be required.
TEC Engineers are expected to develop the highest level of product skills, and combine that with deep understanding of customer deployments. This is a key technical role that will make a difference for Nokia and our customers.
Needed skills include:
Strong knowledge of 5520 and/or 5529 products
Superior Verbal and Written English communication skills
An ace troubleshooter
Self driven, dynamic and resilient
Able to improvise and adapt your skills to learn new areas.
Able to work on multiple high priority tasks in parallel
Able drive R&D investigation and act as a catalyst in problem solving.
6-12 years in EMS/NMS Development/Maintenance activities
