Responsible for driving online sales target for the company on channels namely Amazon / Flipkart /Snapdeal /Paytm /Shopclues etc
Spearhead growth of the e-commerce business by implementing new initiatives organize customer acquisition, loyalty and retention campaigns
Manage stock inventory as well.
Devise and Execute effective roll-outs of consumer activations and share weekly reports to track spends across - promos like - real estate investments, GWPs, Exclusive launches (NPD)
Drive Digital marketing efforts (SEO / SEM/Banner Ads /Branding) on online platforms
Track competitor activity in online and report weekly
Explore new online channels to grow the business and strengthen relation with existing partner.
Engineering from Tier 1 Engg college with 3 / 4 years of experience preferably in an internet company, MBA is a plus
Extremely sharp analytical skills
Strong Team Management Skills
Skills in driving business development and category penetration
Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment
Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
